One of the First Historic Districts in the Country
William Fell founded Fells Point in 1732. Its 75-acre historic district went on the National Register on March 28, 1969, among the first anywhere, and the October Fell’s Point Fun Festival draws around 700,000 people.
That history means tight Belgian-block streets, small front doors and stairs that turn sharply. Harbor East, next door, is the opposite: new towers with loading docks and building managers who want paperwork before any vendor arrives.

Do you clear out bars and restaurants?
Yes. Back-of-house furniture, stools and tables can be quoted from photos like any other job.

A single solid-wood armoire is $148; a large double one is $197.
