Estate Cleanout in Ellicott City
Families consolidating two households into one, parents downsizing from a large-lot house, a shop on Main Street clearing out — Ellicott City estate work comes in many sizes. We price it by the truckload from your photos: half a truck is $431, a full truck $732.
A 1772 Mill Town
The Quaker Ellicott brothers founded Ellicott City in 1772 as a milling town. Its 1830 B&O station is the oldest surviving train station in the United States, and with 75,947 residents it’s the largest unincorporated county seat in the country.
About a quarter of residents are Korean-American, and Route 40 was designated “Korean Way” in 2017. Main Street flooded badly on July 30, 2016, and again on May 27, 2018 — floods that left many homes and businesses with water-damaged contents to clear.

Household Changes and Water Damage
Combining Households
When two homes become one, the duplicate furniture and kitchenware have to go somewhere. We take what isn’t making the move.
Wet Contents
After heavy rain, soaked carpet, furniture and boxes from a basement or a ground-floor shop can be priced from photos and cleared quickly when a crew is available.
