Couch Removal in Northeast Baltimore
Hamilton and Lauraville are the part of the city with front porches, side yards and garages — and a couch can end up in any of them. Wherever it is, a photo gets you the price: a sofa is $126, a recliner $98, a porch glider $71.
The City’s Porch-and-Yard Belt
Hamilton was renamed from North Lauraville for Captain Hamilton Caughey. With about 9,649 residents it’s the city’s fifth-largest neighborhood, and Harford Road, laid out as early as 1791, runs through it.
Unlike the rowhouse blocks downtown, this area is mostly single-family and semi-detached homes with porches and yards. Lauraville, Frankford, Loch Raven and the Morgan State area round out the belt. Hamilton, Lauraville and Frankford are inside the city line, so the City’s 311 bulk rules apply there.

Porch Furniture
Front-porch sofas and gliders take the weather year after year. When they’re done, they go out with the rest of the pickup.
Basement Dens
The old recliner and sofa in the finished basement come up the stair with the crew, not with you.
